Baltimore Scholars Fellowship

The Johns Hopkins Carey Business School is proud to offer the Baltimore Scholars Fellowship for the Full-Time MBA program. The Baltimore Scholars Fellowship recognizes high-achieving Baltimore City public school graduates reflecting the university’s long-standing investment in the students of Baltimore and its public school system by recognizing the best and brightest students from our Baltimore community.

Baltimore Scholars Fellows receive full tuition, renewable for year two of the full-time MBA program subject to maintaining good academic standing. We anticipate selecting a cohort of five Baltimore Scholars Fellows for the full-time MBA class.

Baltimore Scholars Fellowship awards are based on a strong academic record, along with professional and personal achievements, and potential to contribute to the Carey community.

Students considered for the Baltimore Scholars Fellowship must meet the minimum eligibility requirements, which include:

  • Minimum three years of full-time work experience by program start
  • Graduated from a Baltimore City Public School
  • High academic achievement

No separate application is required. Finalists for the Fellowship will be named and notified during the admissions review process. Meeting the above criteria does not guarantee being named a finalist.
