Ana Karina Pascal, originally from Montevideo, Uruguay, emigrated to the United States in 2001. She is the Principal Agent and CEO of Ideas Insurance Solutions. With a successful career in the insurance industry, Ana Karina holds both Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses since 2009 and is deeply committed to serving the Hispanic community. Guiding small business owners and professionals on how to better protect their assets and families, Ana brings knowledge, care, and dedication to every interaction.

Ana Karina frequently participates as a guest speaker at First Time Home Buyers seminars, educating attendees about Homeowners Insurance. Additionally, she speaks at Small Business seminars, providing valuable insights and answering questions about Business Insurance for small business owners.

Ana Karina spearheaded the planning and success of our Gala events since 2023, as well as the 2025 Health & Wellness Expo, among other events. Her energy, creativity, and collaborative spirit make her a true force in our Chamber family.

She is also dedicated to volunteer work, contributing to the St. Martin's of Tours Church in Gaithersburg Soup Kitchen Program. Ana is an active member of the Gaithersburg Germantown Events Committee and the MHCC at the Capitol Area Committee.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, camping trips, family cookouts, spinning, Zumba classes, and listening to audiobooks and podcasts.
