Gala – Carnaval in July

Every year, the Maryland Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (MDHCC) hosts its highly anticipated annual gala, themed “Carnaval in July”. This event brings together representatives from the business community, non-profit organizations, and government agencies, in a professional but also festive event.

The primary purpose of this prestigious event is to recognize and celebrate the remarkable achievements of the Hispanic business community in Maryland, as well as to honor the invaluable contributions made to the Hispanic community at large. It also emphasizes the importance of giving back. Proceeds from this event will support our charitable initiatives, including scholarships for Hispanic youth in Maryland --ensuring a brighter future for the next generation-- and support programs and activities for our business community.

The MDHCC Gala, the organization’s largest event of the year, features a cocktail hour for networking and fundraising, delicious dinner, speakers presentations, captivating entertainment, and dancing. Guests are treated with mesmerizing demonstrations of Hispanic folk dances --each year from a different country--, taking pictures with stunning Brazilian dancers in their Carnaval outfits, and an evening to make connections and great memories.

Sponsoring the event provides great exposure for your company, providing you with an opportunity to display your brand through several media outlets (signage, program, social media advertising, etc.), provide tickets for your team or VIP guests, and address all attendees during the event. You might find different levels of Gala sponsorship in the event listing on our Calendar.

The MDHCC is dedicated to reinforcing the spirit of unity and collaboration among Hispanic business owners across the state, and this gala serves as a testament to that commitment.
