6th Annual Acton Children's Business Fair of Frederick
We are thrilled to announce the 6th Annual Acton Children's Business Fair of Frederick, hosted by the Global STEM + AR Outreach Foundation, Inc. on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Carroll Creek Linear Park in Downtown Frederick!
At this inspiring one-day marketplace, more than 100 young entrepreneurs (ages 6–17) will showcase their original ideas, launch their brands, manage inventory, and interact directly with customers.
To make this year’s fair our most impactful yet, we are inviting experienced entrepreneurs, business leaders, and community mentors like you to serve as Judges and Donors.
What’s New This Year: Instant Participant Feedback
In addition to helping select our award winners, judges will use a quick feedback form to provide instant, constructive notes to young business owners. Your positive encouragement and actionable advice will give these young minds valuable insights they can use immediately on fair day and in future ventures!
How You Can Support:
- Serve as a Judge: Evaluate booths, engage in brief interviews with young vendors, and offer encouraging feedback on their business strategy, creativity, and customer service. (Time commitment: ~11:30 AM – 2:30 PM)
- Become a Donor or Sponsor: Help cover essential costs like table/chair setups, student awards, and possibly t-shirts, ensuring every child can participate regardless of financial capability.
2026 Sponsorship Opportunities & Benefits
YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR CHAMPION — $1,000
Impact: Helps cover event infrastructure (table & chair rentals for 100+ businesses and t-shirts.)
Benefits: Medium logo on participant t-shirts, verbal recognition during the Awards Ceremony, and social media/web features.
YOUTH BUSINESS PRIZE SPONSOR — $500
Impact: Directly funds $50 cash prizes for winning young entrepreneurs across age groups.
Benefits: Opportunity to present awards on stage, small logo/name on participant t-shirts, and web listing.
COMMUNITY SUPPORTER / IN-KIND PARTNER — $100–$250 (or In-Kind)
