Business Description: MRB Counseling Services, Inc. is a bilingual, State of Maryland–approved and Joint Commission–accredited behavioral health provider offering comprehensive Substance Use and Mental Health services across Gaithersburg, Frederick, and Hyattsville. Dedicated to accessibility, compliance, and client-centered care, MRB delivers high-quality evaluations, education programs, and therapeutic services that meet Court, MVA, and nationwide requirements.
Focused on supporting individuals navigating legal, administrative, or personal challenges, MRB provides flexible service options—including in-person sessions, telehealth, and secure online platforms—allowing clients to complete mandated or voluntary treatment with convenience and dignity. Our multidisciplinary team offers Substance Use Evaluations, individualized treatment plans, AOD Education Programs (12-hour and 26-week), Early Intervention, Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP), Mental Health Evaluations, Anger Management following SAMHSA guidelines, Marriage Counseling, and Individual and Family Counseling. We also offer the MVA-approved Driver Improvement Program (DIP) and 3 hours of alcohol and drug education for individuals applying for their first-time MD driver’s license who hold a driver's license from their country, in English and Spanish.
