MDHCC memberships are annual. Memberships run from January through December. Join anytime during the year and enjoy a full membership term!

SPECIAL YEAR-END OFFER: Memberships purchased after November 1 are valid through December 31 of the following year, giving you 13–14 months of membership benefits at no additional cost!
